How can OLCEA help me?

We know that life gets in the way when you start a project around the house. We are committed to Organizing your Lifestyle Conveniently, Efficiently, and Affordably both big and small tasks, we’ll help you organize, streamline and balance your life.

What are your business hours?

Our office is open Monday through Friday, 8AM until 6PM.

Do you work on weekends?

Yes, when an appointment is made during regular business hours. We will gladly work around your schedule to accommodate your needs.

Are you open on holidays?

We are closed for:
• Independence Day (July 4th)
• Thanksgiving Day (and the Wednesday before)
• Christmas and New Year Holiday (December 24 - January 1)

Do you charge for travel time?

Within a 20 miles radius there is no charge. However, any distance further than that will incur a 30¢/mile charge. Please visit the Pricing page for more details.

Do you charge for consultations?

Our in-house consultations are FREE.

What if I purchase a package and then don’t use all the hours?

Packages expire one year from the date you purchase the package. Refunds are not given for expired packages.

What is your cancellation policy?

There is a $20 fee if we are not notified at least one business day in advance. Please call as soon as possible if you have to cancel.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major Credit and Debit Cards, Cash and PayPal.

Will my credit card be charged as a deposit?

No, your credit card will only be charged if payment is not received for services rendered upon completion.

Are materials, expenses and taxes included in your hourly rate?

No, any additional charges on top of the hourly rate will be listed on your receipt.

How will I know what additional service charges are?

A receipt for all hourly charges and all additional service charges will be provided within 1-3 business days after completion of the service.

What is your privacy policy?

OLCEA respects your privacy. Any personal information collected from you will be held in the strictest of confidence and will be used for internal purposes only. We will not share your private information with anyone outside our office.
